Working with Customer Success and Customer Support
It is the primary goal of our Customer Success and Customer Support teams to address customer needs without requiring that customers upgrade their installation of Liquibase Pro whenever possible. Liquibase will support any release of Liquibase Pro published in the past 2 years.
Liquibase Pro employs a “fix forward” model of product support. This means that we do not provide patches for older versions. Instead, bug fixes and enhancements are scheduled for inclusion in a future product release based on prioritization determined by Liquibase.
If an issue or enhancement has been resolved or delivered in a product release subsequent to the currently installed version of the software, the customer is expected to update to the newer release of Liquibase Pro.
